Payment for Incidentals

In compliance with our Hotel policies, we require a valid credit card on file for incidental purposes. Your card will only be charged if found to be in violation of our policies with evidence to support damage and/or misconduct. Please have the following document completed in full prior to checking into your room. You must download the document first to fill out the details.

Payments Made On Your Behalf

Is someone else paying for your stay? The hotel requires guests to have a credit card that matches the name on the reservation. In the event that the guest is using someone else's credit card, they require authorisation to do so. Please have the following document completed in full prior to checking into your room. You must download the document first to fill out the details.

Note: You would also require this form to be filled out if you wish to have someone else's card used for incidentals on your reservation.
