• At what time can we check into our room?

Customers are expected to arrive after 4PM. We will gladly provide you access to your room earlier if possible, but we cannot guarantee.

  • What is the checkout time?

Customers must check out for 11AM. However, we can keep your luggage on the premises if need be. For this service, please speak to Front Desk at earliest convenience.

  • Can I keep my room after the standard check out time?

At Neill Wycik, we will gladly hold your room until noon, on check out day, at an additional rate of $50 CAD. 

  • Is there Wi-Fi in every room?

Wireless Internet is offered to our guests for free throughout the hotel; whether it be rooms, poolside, terrace, communal areas or breakfast area.

  • Is there a breakfast included in our stay? If so, at what time is it served?

A five-item Breakfast is offered for free to all of our guests. Our cafe (located to the left of Front Desk) is open 7am to 11:30am every day. Extra items are available to purchase from the cafe at an additional price.

  • Do your rooms include a workspace?

Each of our rooms has a desk provided along with free access to Wi-Fi. You can print documents at our computer room on the 22nd floor. Each of our rooms also includes multiple plug sockets across the room (no adapters are provided at Neill Wycik).

  • Is there an elevator in the hotel?

Yes. We have four elevators which offer access to every floor.

  • Where can we park our vehicle?

Sadly, Neill Wycik Hotels do not provide parking to guests or customer. We would recommend using Google Maps if parking is required with your stay.

  • Does Neill Wycik Hotel offer any units with private facilities?

No. All rooms provided by Neill Wycik will come with a private bedroom (including a bed, mattress, desk, and soap bar) however all other facilities will be shared.

  • Is there an age limit for people who can stay?

Yes. Guests have to be 19 or older to stay on our premises. Please contact us if any guests who are planning on staying are younger.

  • Do you offer Group rates?

Yes. Simply contact us through our "Contact Us" channel and we can discuss.

  • Can I pay for my child/friend/colleague/parents' stay?

Neill Wycik Hotel takes its customers’ security very seriously. If you are paying on behalf of someone else, you are required to fill out the Credit Card authorization form and send it to us either by email or to bring it in person before/at check-in. Otherwise, we are at liberty to cancel the stay. Simply follow the link here or go to our 'Forms & Policies' page.

  • Can we bring our pets?

Pets are not allowed except for service animals. Proof of documentation for the service animal may be required at front desk.

  • Can I request an additional bed for a second person in a single occupancy room? How much will it cost?

As this would violate our terms and conditions as well as our health and safety protocols, we are very strict in keeping to a one-bed per room policy for our single rooms. We also ask that our guests do not move mattresses into other units on their own accord.

  • How does Neill Wycik process Payments?

Neill Wycik Hotel reserves the right to process pre-authorized transactions for reservations. A pre-authorized transaction allows the biller [Neill Wycik Hotel] to withdraw money from your bank account when a payment is due. We do not process payments until the time of check-in; however, use pre-authorized payments for reservations with large amounts to ensure sufficient funds upon check-in. 

  • Why do you need my credit card information?

The credit card information is used as a guarantee in case you do not show up or decide to cancel at the last minute. A no-show could result in additional fees equivalent to a night’s stay.

  • How do I get to the hotel?

We are located near at 96 Gerrard Street East. If you are using public transport, we would suggest getting of at College Station TTC. Then walk along Yonge street, turn left when you reach the Ikea, and then it is a 5-minute walk straight along Gerrard Street East.

  • What are your cancellation policies?

The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel after reservation. We also offer free cancellation so long as it is outside of the 48-hour window before the guests' check-in time. At Neill Wycik, If you fail to comply, you will be billed for the stay. 

  • Can you recommend nearby restaurants?

There is a handful of restaurants offering a variety of meals near the hotel. Our staff will gladly recommend something based on your budget and taste. You can also consult our Attractions page.

  • Can I smoke in the establishment?

No. Our hotel is a 100% non-smoking establishment. We want to offer our customers a healthy environment. As per the latest anti-smoking law, smoking is prohibited within a 9-metre radius of every door and window of the establishment. Failing to cooperate will result in a $250 fine. In addition, possession and consumption of cannabis is prohibited on the entire site. We appreciate your cooperation.

  • Can I stay in the same room if I want to extend my stay?

To extend your stay, please speak to front desk. We cannot guarantee that the same room will be available for the requested period due to how busy we are in the summer.
