About Us
Neill Wycik Hotel has been accommodating guests and travellers for over 50 years! Operating as a student residence throughout the months of September to April, this co-operative transforms into a summer hotel, catering to tourists from around the world. As a co-operative, one of our main goals is to give back to the community in which we reside by providing Revenue generated by the hotel and putting it back into the co-operative. This is to ensure expenses are kept down while members pursue their academic and professional endeavours.
Neill Wycik is a not-for-profit organisation, meaning that it circulates its own revenue. Between September and April, the building operates as Student Accommodation between September and April for students of the Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU). Between May and August, we open our doors to the public for the summer!
